Only when there’s the knower mind can we truly cultivate wisdom.
Without a stable mind, we can’t really develop wisdom,
because the mind is too scattered.
I’ve been teaching about ‘don’t wander off and don’t over-focus’
since I was still at Suan Poh.
It sounds funny isn’t it? What kind of meditation is this
‘don’t wander off and don’t over-focus’?
Essentially it’s how to re-establish the concentration foundation.
Without concentration, our mind wanders all over the place.
With wrong concentration, we over-focus and suppress.
Scattered mind prohibits us from being mindful of our body and mind.
Even though we may be able to see our mind or the body while over-focusing,
it’s impossible to see their truth.
Consequently, it’s crucial to practice mindfulness often.
The correct concentration can only occur from the right mindfulness.
If it’s the tranquil concentration,
we guide the mind to stay with one object of its liking
and the mind enters in the peaceful state.
However if we want the concentration for wisdom development,
we meditate while observing the mind at the same time.
This way the right concentration conducive to wisdom development will arise.
So there are 2 tiers to the right concentration meditation.
The first is to have a tranquil,
peaceful mental state for the mind to recharge.
Without enough energy, the mind cannot cultivate wisdom.
The second is to have a stable mind
that can see the changes of the phenomena.

เมื่อทางเอกสมังคี จะบัญชาทัพวิปัสสนาภูมิทั้งหมดได้จริง เพราะผู้รู้เห็นชัดเจนว่า ปวงอริยสัจทำงานเป็นระบบวิทยาศาสตร์ จึงดำเนินทางนี้ได้ตรงสู่จุดหมายปลายทาง มุ่งตรัสรู้ มรรค ผล และนิพพานตามลำดับถ่ายเดียว โดยฐานทัพการงานอยู่ที่ใจ คือ กรรมฐาน 40กอง ในธรรม 84K ขันธ์ มีอัครธรรมาวุธคือ โพธิปักขิยธรรม37 เป็นเครื่องมือแสดงแสนยานุภาพไตรลักษณะอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ เหนือ 2อาณาจักรรูป-นาม ซึ่งเป็นสมรภูมิรบระหว่างธรรมะกับกิเลส แน่นอน ผู้กำชัยในแต่ละภพชาติ อันมี 31 ภูมิเป็นเดิมพันนั้น จะมีเพียงหนึ่งเดียวเสมอ ตราบชาติสุดท้าย!

Leafs on hand
เมื่อกำลังเดินกันอยู่ในป่า
พระพุทธเจ้า ทรงกำใบไม้ที่เรี่ยราด
อยู่ที่พื้น ขึ้นมากำมือหนึ่ง
ตรัสถามว่า
“ภิกษุทั้งหลาย ใบไม้ที่กำขึ้นมานี้
หากเทียบจำนวนกับใบไม้หมดทั้งป่า
มันมากน้อยกว่ากันเท่าไหร่”
ทุกคนก็ได้เห็นว่า มันมากกว่ากันมาก
จนเปรียบกันไม่ได้เลย
พระพุทธเจ้า จึงตรัสบอกว่า
“ภิกษุทั้งหลาย นี่มันอย่างนี้ คือ
เรื่องที่เราตรัสรู้ และรู้นั้นมันมาก
เท่ากับใบไม้ทั้งป่า
แต่เรื่องจำเป็นที่ควรรู้
ควรนำมาสอน และนำมาปฏิบัตินั้น
เท่ากับใบไม้กำมือเดียว”
Give me a whole Dhamma of you in a short word, please!
คราวหนึ่ง มีคนไปทูลถามพระพุทธเจ้า
ว่า “พระพุทธวจนะทั้งหมดที่ตรัสสอน
ถ้าจะสรุปให้สั้นเพียงประโยคเดียว จะว่าอย่างไร?”
พระองค์ตรัสตอบว่า
“สพฺเพ ธมฺมา นาลํ อภินิเวสาย”
ธรรมทั้งหลายทั้งปวง ไม่ควรยึดมั่นถือมั่นฯ
พระองค์ตรัส เพื่อเน้นย้ำให้เข้าใจชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น ว่า
“ถ้าใครได้รู้ความข้อนี้
คือ ได้รู้ทั้งหมด ในพระพุทธศาสนา
ถ้าได้ปฏิบัติข้อนี้
คือ ได้ปฏิบัติทั้งหมด ในพระพุทธศาสนา
ถ้าได้รับผลจากการปฏิบัติข้อนี้
คือ ได้รับผลทั้งหมด ในพระพุทธศาสนา”

Any light always overcomes the darkness in all the universes where also mostly fully dark areas. Each life so beautiful like the universes. So while alive be keeps shining on the light unto yourself anywhere anytime. Absolutely, this that what is always wanted in all the worlds.
พระสูตรปีแสง
ณ ทุกจักรวาลมีกลไกเกิด-ดับ เป็นธรรมดาที่น้ำอันน้อยนิด ย่อมแพ้ไฟ หากแต่แสงน้อยใหญ่ พ่ายความมืดมิดไม่เคยมี
แสงสว่าง คือ นักท่องจักรวาลที่แท้จริง เพราะ แสงไม่กลัวต่อความมืดมนและอุปสรรคใดเลย จักรวาลต่างๆ จึงได้ส่งประกายแสงสีสันมากมายทักทายกันและกันตลอดเวลา
แม้จะแสนไกลโพ้นเกินประมาณได้ เส้นทางเชื่อมโยงจักรวาลทั้งหลายก็ไม่เคยหลับไหล มีแสงที่ใด ที่นั่น ย่อมมีการเดินทางมาบรรจบกัน ของทุกจักรวาลเกิดขึ้น
