To SSF players - sorry. This isn't for you. This item is staggeringly rare and so is its prophecy so there is no real way to target farm it. If you do fluke one, great! But don't count on ever seeing it.
Correction: There's a div card, The Betrayal, but it's staggeringly rare, so much so that I forgot it existed. Seems to be about Nurse rarity and to drop from map tilesets where the boss is an Act 2 bandit variant. Don't count on self-farming a set.

This item grants a massive 150% critical strike multiplier (raising the base 150% to 300%) but has a huge drawback - you can't benefit from ANY other source of crit multi.
It's incredibly good on aura stacker builds (which can't afford the passive points to invest in even the best crit multi passives on the classic tree, because aura effect clusters are so good for them).
It's also really strong on critical strike builds in general while your overall item quality isn't very high (levelling, or early into endgame). Instead of needing two specific stats (crit multi and crit chance) on gear pieces, you need only one, crit chance - MV covers all of the crit multi.
