When we are little we usually sleep a lot and spend great times playing or lying in bed, as we grow we acquire new responsibilities, this means that if before we slept 9 or 10 hours a day, now we have to control the hours of sleep to sleep 6 or perhaps 7, according to specialists, the recommended number of hours for a person to function correctly varies greatly according to different parameters. However, there have been cases of people who sleep much more or much less than what is recommended and despite this they maintain an adequate spirit and strength to carry out their daily activities. But, what are these factors that limit the number of hours that it is advisable for us to sleep? Why are many people able to sleep little and be highly productive?
