Govt has increased taxi fare by Rs 3 per kilometer, digital meter booking centers increased from 4 to 8 centers, govt instructed taxi owners whose series are from 0 to 1 to install digital meters by 25th July, only 137 taxi owners have installed, around 500 booked, govt will cancel permits of remaining 2934 odd taxis, now govt has begun booking and installing meters for series 2 to 3:Mauvin Godinho
