Skewered Picanha with Salsa Vinaigrette 🍖🌿🔥
During a visit with some family friends, the conversation shifted to South American food. One of our friends spent some timing living in Brazil and mentioned how much they loved topping their picanha with salsa vinaigrette. This was a new sauce to me, so of course I had to get all the details. After explaining the salsa vinaigrette, I knew I had to give it a try! Made with some charred green bell peppers & onions we paired them with tomatoes, scallions and crushed garlic. It is my new obsession!
