Windows Does not have access to the specified device in 59 seconds. In this video I talk about windows not having access to a specified device. I only explain as if the device was not yours as in owned by someone else, however if it is owned by you, then your file permissions are not setup correctly and you can change them. You can fix this by going into the security settings of the file you are trying to write the Xbox game pass to and give yourself full read and write.
