A Fatal accident at Ramanathapuram village, Shankarpally (M) on 30.12.2021. A biker rode his vehicle rashly and takes right turn blindly behind the goods vehicle without observing approaching traffic and was hit by a truck. Unfortunately, the biker lost his life

Motor Vehicles Driving Regulations - 2017
Regulation 8 (3[d]):
the driver shall ensure that he has a clear view of approaching traffic and shall not cause undue inconvenience to the other road users and also ensure safety of other road users;

Regulation 9:
Precautions to be taken at intersections.- (1) The vehicle shall invariably slow down when approaching a road intersection, a road junction, a pedestrian crossing or a road corner, and shall not enter any such intersection, junction or crossing if it is likely to endanger the safety of other road users moving onto, or already on, such intersection, road junction, pedestrian crossing or road corner.

Regulation 4(5):
A heavy vehicle or speed restricted vehicle shall be driven in the left lane on a carriageway with several lanes in one direction, except when overtaking an obstruction or a slower moving vehicle:
