Sometimes people will offer you writing "advice" that is actually thinly veiled bullying. These people are bullies and are afraid that another's success is their failure. They believe that there are only so many ideas, opportunities and readers. They are running a scarcity narrative, and they suck. If you are attracting trolls, chances are you are doing something right that is triggering the shit out of them. Feel proud, and know trolls live under bridges for a reason, they die in sunlight. Stand tall and enjoy your moment in the sun. Don't let the trolls pull you down.
