Marsabit County fronted as Kenya’s next space hub

Marsabit County has emerged as the most suitable location out of seven key contenders to host a Spaceport with the other counties being Laikipia, Kilifi, Tana River, Isiolo, Turukana and Narok. Kenya Space Agency Director General Col. Hilary Kipkosgey says development of a spaceport would foster research, innovation and growth of knowledge in Kenya.
