TODAY'S GOSPEL: Luke 19:41-44
The Gospel of Luke reminds us that we must be discerning so we can recognize our time of visitation—the moments when the Lord speaks to us, when we are given warning on how to maneuver the evil and corruption in this world. As St. Augustine once wrote, “Pray as though everything depended on God and work as if everything depended on you.” So today, let us pray that we may discern where the Lord is calling us, what the Lord telling is us to do, and where our faith is guiding us towards.
