DEPUTY Prime Minister Dominic Raab today insisted the government would NOT enforce a vaccine mandate despite WHO guidelines.
As cases spike in parts of Europe and the likes of Austria and Germany consider mandatory vaccines against COVID-19, Raab said the UK has 'not seen evidence' to suggest a change of action.
