HOW TO EASY, CROWD PLEASING HOLIDAY APPETIZERS
These 3 easy, family friendly appetizers will look elegant, but won’t keep you in the kitchen for long! They are great as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years or any holiday appetizers!
Spiced pecans, goat cheese spread and cranberry and brie bites will be a hit at your next holiday gathering.

Spiced Pecans are great to add to a cheese board, stand alone in a bowl or out in a mason jar as a holiday gift.
Spiced Pecans

Ingredients:
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp all spice
1/4 tsp paprika
2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups pecans
Preheat oven to 325.
Mix sea salt, cumin, cinnamon, allspice and paprika.
Melt butter. Add brown sugar and soy sauce over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Combine, melted butter mixture and spice blend. Add nuts and stir to combine.
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and add pecans.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Let cool and store in an air tight container.
Honey Goat Cheese Spread
Ingredients
4 oz goat cheese
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp sea salt
Take goat cheese and cream cheese out of refrigerator to let soften. Once soften combine goat cheese and cream cheese with honey and salt using a hand mixer. Once combined serve with crackers, fruit and nuts.
Cranberry Brie Bites
Ingredients
Crescent roll dough
Cranberry sauce
Brie
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray mini muffin tin.
Roll out crescent roll dough (pressing seams together).
Cut into small squares to fit muffin cups and place in muffin cups.
Cut brie into bite size pieces and place in crescent roll dough cups.
Add 2-3 tsp cranberry sauce.
Optional, add pistachios and/or rosemary.
Bake in oven for 8-12 minutes.
