Over his 600 year life, Jabba the Hutt was notorious for his love for female dancers who were most often Twi'lek. However, his favorite dancer was a female askajian known as Yarna d'al' Gargan. As a young huttlett, Jabba had been very close to his mother and when he first laid eyes on Yarna, he believed that her larger size resembled that of a Hutt. He forced the askajian dancer to wear special make up, designed to make her look more like Jabbas late mother. This allowed her to become his favorite dancer while also keeping her safe from the Rancor pit.
