Nsangi residents protest over conduct of police commander

There has been a protest in Nsangi town in Kyengera town council over what the locals say is inappropriate conduct by a District Police Commander, who reportedly fired at a bullet that ended up killing one of the locals. These say that the area DPC Medard Asiimwe was commanding a group of policemen who were implementing curfew guidelines when he fired the bullet that resulted in John Kabanda's death. #NTVNews #NTVTonight #NTVWeekendEdition
