Forgiveness is VITAL! I didn’t say it, Jesus did.

Forgiveness isn't something that we do to help out the people who have hurt us. It's something we do to help ourselves! It's vital for health both mentally and physically. Holding onto unforgiveness only hurts us. Jesus said, if we don't forgive others then my Heavenly Father will not forgive you. That's HUGE! We want to stand before God knowing we've done all we could to forgive so that we too will be forgiven by the blood of Jesus.
