Rabai Constituency Member of Parliament William Kamoti has vowed to ensure his constituency achieve the 100 per cent transition policy. Speaking at Vifanjoni primary school when he commissioned two newly built classrooms, a tank and toilets financed by a USA based organization, Kamoti said he will assist the residents by creating a more conducive learning environment and ensure learners transit from primary to secondary and tertiary level.
