JUST IN! Watch Tesla Cybertruck Steel Provider Company's Inside and CT's Timeline

Have you ever wondered where Cybertruck's steel is going to come from? This is Steel Dynamics, the new factory getting ready to supply Tesla Cybertruck’s cold-rolled stainless steel.

One thing I am wondering is will Tesla receive the stainless steel in big rolls as Alcoa aluminum company makes?

Keep in mind that Cybertruck's exoskeleton is going to be made with stainless steel.

This factory, which will provide Tesla the steel is impressive. But it looks like the company still has a ways to go in the video.

Steel Dynamics is located in Sinton, TX. Just down the road in between Giga Texas and Starbase. Very convenient for them and Tesla Giga Texas.

The Tesla Cybertruck will probably go into series production at the end of 2022 at the earliest. Elon Musk has apparently confirmed the delay in a conference call - and warned employees of a tight end to the quarter.

It has long been clear that Tesla will not meet the originally scheduled date for the start of production of the Cybertruck at the end of 2021: In August, the website for the configuration of the electric pickup truck had stated without additional explanation that the configuration could only be completed when the Start of production in 2022 is approaching. But now Tesla boss Elon Musk has apparently confirmed the postponement.

In a conference call with employees, Musk is said to have said that production of the Cybertruck in the Gigafactory Texas will not start before the end of 2022 and that high numbers will probably only be reached in the course of 2023. This is reported by the "Electrek" portal with reference to people who took part in the conference. The Cybertruck was presented in 2019.

Musk is also said to have given an update on the planned low-budget model for less than $ 25,000. The model should be available from 2023 and, in the best case, be built without a steering wheel and pedals, because it should only be intended for autonomous driving. Contrary to what has been speculated, the new vehicle will not be named Model 2.

The employees are also said to have warned Musk that September would be the "craziest month" in the manufacturer's history for deliveries. At the end of a quarter, Tesla regularly tries to hand over as many vehicles as possible to customers through aggressive delivery spurts.
