Welcome to Day 48 of Invigorate!

Enjoy today’s centering and calming routine after your hard work this week, or start to do it each day after your workout for complete balance and restoration.
You will do a few minutes of nostril breathing, which is extremely calming and restorative for your mind and body, followed by a simple yoga-based stretch to balance out tight muscles and help you feel at ease. Let me know how you go with this and if you start to do it more regularly ! It will make a difference to how you feel.
