Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell did so much to damage the quality of our federal bench and our federal court practice generally. for example, they degraded the quality of the federal bench by appointing many judges rate "Not Qualified" by the American Bar Association. Trump and his associates also weaponized the courts by taking advantage of the delays inherent in the system to run out the clock on important litigation.
