Wandercraft Robot Enables Disabled Son To Walk | 10 News First

16 year-old Oscar Constanza has been able to walk for the first time thanks to his father’s invention.

Jean-Louis Constanza, a robotic engineer, constructed the rigid exoskeleton to ensure his son can live independently and with dignity.

Wandercraft, the company responsible for facilitating the frame, is based in France and has delivered dozens of models across Europe and the United States.

The next step will be producing a lighter version that can be bought by private individuals.
