China's floating pedestal overturned at sea.
A floating construction rig off the coast of Guangdong province, China overturned, flooded and almost capsized. At the time of the incident, a total of 65 people on the rig fell into the sea. Rescue work was mobilized quickly, lifeboats responded promptly. Four people still missing after falling into the sea are presumed dead.
CGTN (China) on July 26 posted a video recording the scene of the floating rig Sheng Ping 001 capsized on the coast of Huizhou city, Guangdong province, southeast China.

The construction rig Sheng Ping 001, about 90m long and 50m wide, began tilting on July 25 during the construction of an offshore wind power plant by Hong Kong-based CGN New Energy. This floating platform was flooded and almost overturned. Construction workers could not get out in time.
According to China Central Television, the Huizhou Maritime Bureau began search and rescue after receiving reports of the incident at around 11am on July 25.
About 30 ships including coast guard boats, tugs, fishing boats near the scene ... and helicopters participated in the rescue.
At the time of the incident, there were a total of 65 people on the platform. According to CGTN, four people have fallen into the sea and are still missing.
The cause of the car overturn was that the experts here had miscalculated the weight of the scale. The incident created confusion for more than 60 construction workers.
