According to China Central Television, the Huizhou Maritime Bureau began search and rescue after receiving reports of the incident at around 11am on July 25.

About 30 ships including coast guard boats, tugs, fishing boats near the scene ... and helicopters participated in the rescue.

At the time of the incident, there were a total of 65 people on the platform. According to CGTN, four people have fallen into the sea and are still missing.

The cause of the car overturn was that the experts here had miscalculated the weight of the scale. The incident created confusion for more than 60 construction workers.
