In today's video, we talk about the recent request for information from the DOL, IRS, Treasury, and OPM, on the recent regulation related to price transparency.

In several of the replies to the request, stakeholders called out either the lack of information due to PBM relationships, or how this information may be proprietary, making enforcement difficult.
