The minister for internal affairs Kahinda Otafiire has promised that he is going to send a team of experts that will include geologists, engineers, economists and members of CID to carry out an assessment on the damaged houses that have developed cracks, flooding in the communities in Bulambuli and Kapchorwa affected by the activities of Kampala cement in a bid to assess how much to compensate the people. This was in the meeting between the affected communities, local leaders from both Bulambuli and Kapchorwa.
