Cholecystectomy - Imperceptible Section of an Accessory Bile Duct

The present video demostrates a standard cholecyistectomy, during the detachment of the gallbladder from the liver, a duct was cauterized, that showed to be a accessory bile duct, that caused a bilioma two days after the present procedure.
