Austin and Travis County leaders held a press conference to discuss four delta variant COVID-19 cases and changes to the risk-based guidelines due to rising cases July 15, 2021. The City and county have moved to Stage 3 of the risk-based guidelines, which means that those who are high risk should be on high alert.
