Somewhen in your life you are most likely to have had someone, from the best of intentions, who cursed you with a 'Cannot'. They usually say this in an attempt to save you from the pains of disappointment and failure. Here, Vincent suggests that voice is within us.

When we start telling ourselves we 'cannot' do this or that, Vincent's wisdom is to do it! This will silence the inner naysayer.
